The Project | Schedule
The project comprises the following stages:
1. Initial Stage | May 2007 – August 2007
In this stage, the project team is put together, the project organisation set up and the project initiation document formulated.
2. First Stage | Sept. 2007 – October 2008
Determination of digitisation specifications, selection of books, material preparation and European invitation to tender.
3. Second Stage | November 2008 – December 2010
Implementation of digitisation process and web service development.
4. Project Conclusion | January 2011 – February 2011
In this stage, the web service is started up and the project is concluded.
